What You'll do:

• Lead and manage IT projects, technical initiatives, and service requests (order ticketing);
• Ensure timely and
  - quality delivery of services in line with defined SLAs;
• Use Jira and Easy
  Vista for project tracking, service management, and reporting;
• Collaborate closely with Dev
  Ops and Platform Engineering teams to ensure successful execution of deliverables;
• Oversee and coordinate the full project lifecycle, from planning through to execution and monitoring;
• Hybrid Work Model.
  
  
  

• Proven experience as an IT Delivery Manager, with a strong background in Dev
  Ops or Platform Engineering;
• Solid project and service management experience;
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Easy
  Vista is essential;
• Strong organizational and leadership skills;
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities;
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a
  - paced environment;
• Portuguese Native.
