Role: IT Delivery Manager

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide technical teams to deliver technology solutions, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to budget.
• Manage IT projects and services, coordinating across departments to understand and improve business operations through IT initiatives.
• Utilize Jira and Easy
  Vista for project tracking and service management.
• Apply strong analytical skills to identify issues in systems and processes and implement effective solutions.
• Contribute to both project leadership and technical tasks when needed, maintaining high standards of professional ethics and responsibility.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and foster collaborative, autonomous/unified team work.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Delivery Manager.
• Experience in IT project and service management; proficient with Jira and Easy
  Vista.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving abilities; attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Good sense of professional ethics and responsibility.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
• Relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, Agile) are a plus.
