Hays Technology is currently looking for an IT Delivery Manager for Integration!**The company you will for work**Integrate an International specialist insurer company. **Your new mission**- Primary point of contact for the delivery of changes and line 3 support under "Integration". - Responsible for the integrity and technical quality of solutions;



- Planning, coordinationand supervision of activities and professionals in the respective domains;



- Ensure delivery planning between IT teams and the client;



- Manage budgets and delivery schedules with business stakeholders;



- Act as block facilitator so that teams are as efficient as possible and enforce continuous improvement of delivery capabilities and processes. **What you need to be succeed*****- Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Computing and Systems Development, or similar;



- +5 years of experienceon IT delivery;



- Experience in Matrix Management Environment- Experience in Agile Environment and methologies;



- Experience in planningand team management;



- Strong knowledgein designing, deploying, and managing cloud environments;



- Experience with Azure Cloud platform, particularly with Logic Apps, SQL database, Microsoft workflow tools and Application integration;



- Knowledge in CI/CD pipelines as Azure Dev
Ops;



- Strong knowledgein Microsoft Technologies: C#, . NET, REST APIs, Web Applications and distributed systems;



- Ability to read, comprehend and challenge business requirements and high level design deliverables and be able to discuss about a suitable solution design with IT Team;



- Fluent in English;
