IT Demand & Project Management Specialist

You will be part of the IT Demand & Project Management team, working independently on demand qualification and project delivery.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments and levels within the organization.

Your responsibilities include defining, setting up, and coordinating interdisciplinary project teams to ensure project success.

In partnership with experts from the REW Business Units, you will identify and qualify new IT demands, optimizing for business value, minimizing risks, controlling costs, and maximizing throughput.

You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget by applying agile and traditional project management standards.

You will contribute to refining processes and tools within our IT Demand & Project Management function.

You will act as a reliable partner to internal customers from REW Business units and delivery teams across REW, EMEA, and Corporate IT.

You will participate actively in digitalization and automation initiatives, supporting the company's digital transformation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in a similar industrial environment; IT consulting experience is a plus.
• Practical experience in Project Management, preferably IT project management, with
  - standard methodologies (e. g. , PMI, SCRUM). Change Management certification or knowledge is advantageous.
• A strong understanding of IT as a business enabler and a passion for refining business processes and tools.
• Effective workshop moderation and stakeholder communication skills,
  - oriented. Ability to coordinate, manage, and delegate tasks.
• Capability to define and produce deliverables independently or within a team, managing interdisciplinary teams towards common goals.
• Excellent English skills and willingness to travel occasionally.
• Readiness to face new challenges and contribute actively to the company's digital transformation.
• Ability to collect, interpret, and utilize data effectively to drive digital initiatives.
