What we’re looking for:

• Experienced in application production RUN support and incident management for Web front systems and associated APIs (Java EE, REST/SOAP Web Services, Angular).
• Strong knowledge of event streaming technologies, specifically Apache Kafka, and database management with Oracle/SQL.
• Proficiency in using support and monitoring tools such as Service
  Now, Jira, and CMS for incident tracking and resolution.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis, qualify incidents, and propose effective corrective solutions while respecting SLAs.
• Experience in guaranteeing production monitoring, managing service continuity plans (ICP/PCA), and overseeing critical processes like
  -
  - month treatments.
• Fluent in French (mandatory) for effective communication with stakeholders and business lines.
• Autonomous and rigorous, with the ability to manage stress, prioritize workload, and maintain
  - quality documentation.
