Currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior IT Director to shape and execute the global technology vision of the company, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. We are looking for a entrepreneurial,
- on mindset professional, with the ability to lead both at Board level and on the ground with technical teams. Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, managing all aspects of technology, digital, and innovation initiatives across software development, infrastructure, architecture, Dev
Ops, and IT operations.

This is a critical executive role, working closely with the Board and senior leadership to ensure the technology function is a key enabler of business success.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership by defining and delivering the company’s global technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business golas. Identify opportunities for
  - enabled growth, including technology innovation and operational efficiency. Define and drive the company approach towards AI.
• Collaborate with the leadership team on ongoing initiatives, leveraging best practice programs, methodologies and processes.
• Oversee digital strategy, architecture, infrastructure, system development, data management, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Operational Excellence and Risk Management by overseeing critical IT functions including cybersecurity (continual identification, qualification and tracking of risks, defining mitigation and contingency plans). Move forward with major IT initiatives and transformation programs.
• Lead a diverse international technical department, setting clear direction and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Business Development and Operations leadership to align technology delivery with business priorities.
• Ensure that the technology organisation is scalable and ready to support continuous growth.
• Lead the department with project management mindset, with focus on multi mid to large scale projects, ensuring that they will complete on time and within budget and that the solution aligns with/meets the business objective and quality measures. Primary interface with stakeholders understanding their communication requirements, setting clear expectations and ensuring objectives and
  - focused requirements are defined and aligned with company directions.
• Educate team members in project management principles, methods, processes and tools.
• Represent the company as a technology leader at industry events, conferences, and with key partners.

Experience & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, with a logical, structured, clear, credible, and mature style. Able to engage different audiences. Able to synthetize and adjust level of reporting details according to the recipient
• Natural leader of people and a strong team player with a collaborative style; a proven track record building and effectively delivering through teams.
• Strong business acumen, connecting technology initiatives to P&L impact.
• Proven ability to drive cultural and technological change across diverse entities.
• Diversified techonological backgroung (6-8 years of experience).
• Strong track record of improving delivery processes, velocity, and quality in complex technology organisations.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance
  - term innovation with
  - term delivery.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements in global markets; plus, emerging technologies (e. g. , AI, machine learning, data analytics).
• Full command (written and spoken) of English.
