Your mission will be…

• Be part of Next Gen Project initiatives in Leasing Business to prepare us for the future.
• Design a
  -
  -
  - art enterprise architecture landscape based on business requirements, collaborating with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers, focusing on commercial finance solutions.
• Perform gap analyses and plan for target architecture.
• Understand our strategic platforms and leverage them.
• Identify and evaluate technical options to improve IT solutions.
• Ensure integration of IT solutions within the company’s ecosystem.
• Drive, align, and document decisions related to EA architecture.
• Document architecture artifacts, such as assessments, diagrams, and standards compliance.
• Stay proactively updated on new technology trends.
• Define functional and
  - functional requirements, partly with customers.
• Analyze and prototype innovative ideas and technologies.

We are looking for. . .

• Successful completion of studies at a university of applied sciences or equivalent, with at least five years of IT experience and three years in IT projects.
• Experience with modern software technologies and architectures like Azure Cloud, Microservices, APIs, etc.
• Understanding of the Financial Services market and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with process optimization platforms like Low-Code and Robotics.
• Recent
  - on experience in IT architecture, capable of designing and documenting architectures for digital customer journeys across multiple countries and integrating legacy systems.
• Good knowledge of IT security technologies and market trends.
• Ability to apply software architecture principles, analyze, propose solutions, and create prototypes.
• Understanding of enterprise IT architecture, dependencies, and technical details for improvement areas.
• Creativity, innovation, openness to change, and willingness to take risks.
• Fluent English, with good documentation and presentation skills.
