Your Mission Will Be…

• Be part of Next Gen Project initiatives in the Leasing Business.
• Design a state‑of‑the‑art enterprise architecture landscape based on business requirements.
• Perform gap analyses and plan target architecture.
• Understand and leverage strategic platforms.
• Identify and evaluate technical options to improve IT solutions.
• Ensure integration of IT solutions in the company ecosystem.
• Drive, align and document decisions relevant to EA architecture.
• Document EA artefacts.
• Keep up‑to‑date with new technology trends.
• Define functional and non‑functional requirements with customers.
• Prototype innovative ideas and technologies.

We are looking for…

• Minimum five years professional IT experience and at least three years collaborating in IT projects.
• Experience with Azure Cloud services, modularisation, microservices, APIs, and modern software technologies.
• Good market overview of IT trends and understanding of the financial services market and regulations.
• Hands‑on experience in designing IT architecture based on business needs and core principles.
• Experience designing integrations with middleware and proper integration patterns.
• Knowledge of enterprise IT architecture, dependencies, and technical details.
• Knowledge of IT security technologies and application of security concepts.
• Ability to apply software architecture principles, analyse and propose solutions, and create prototypes if necessary.
• Experience with enterprise architecture management and related methodologies.
• Creative, innovative spirit, open to change and willing to take risks.
• Fluent English and strong documentation and presentation skills.
