As an IT Domain Architect for Mar
Tech & Personalization, you will be responsible for designing and evolving the digital marketing (Mar
Tech) architecture that powers Infineon’s B2B customer engagement. You will work on the IT Architecture for Customer Experience related applications in IT with focus on e
Marketing and personalization across several channels (e. g. , global web‑presence, e‑mails).
Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end architecture for marketing capabilities such as:
- Journey Mapping
- Campaign Creation Management
- Real‑Time Channel Orchestration
- Personalization Engines
- Next‑Best‑Action AI Models
- Customer Experience
- Analytics & Reporting
- Develop, maintain, and approve target architectures and roadmaps for system landscapes, including:
- Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
- Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP)
- Consent Management Systems
- Adhere to Enterprise Architecture best practices, harmonizing and optimizing components and data assets across the IT landscape of applications, data privacy, security, etc.
- Ensure conformance with architectural principles and non‑functional requirements (NFRs).
- Assess and guide architecture demands at the epic level and co‑create architecture artefacts with enterprise architects.
- Drive innovation by identifying tech trends and business use cases in Mar
Tech and Personalization domains. - Evaluate and evolve the current architecture from static, manually configured systems to dynamic, AI‑driven, and automated solutions.
Collaboration
- Data Engineers & CDP Experts – to enable behavioral targeting and personalization.
- Omnichannel Strategists & MAP Admins – to orchestrate delivery across all channels.
- Enterprise Architects – to align with Infineon’s IT strategy and governance.
- IT Product Owners, Tech Leads & Solution Architects – to ensure scalable implementation.
- IT Security & Compliance Teams – to ensure data privacy and auditability.
- IT Business Analysts & Project Managers – to translate business needs and manage delivery.

Commerce in a B2B environment. - Proven experience with technologies such as:
- Marketing Automation Platforms: Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua.
- Customer Data Platforms: Salesforce CDP & Data
Cloud, Adobe Real‑Time CDP, Tealium, Segment, SAP CDP. - Personalization & AI Tools: Adobe Target, Salesforce Einstein, Google Analytics, Gen
AI‑based content generation. - Consent & Tag Management: One
Trust, Tealium i
Q, Google Tag Manager. - Content & Product Management: Adobe AEM, Stibo, Contentful, SAP PIM.
- Customer Experience: Qualtrics, Hotjar.
- Ad‑Tech Platforms: Search Ads 360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, various social media ad platforms.
- Integration Suites: SAP, Mulesoft, etc.
- Solid understanding of IT architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
- Experience working in agile environments, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and cross‑functional teams.
- Strong understanding of data integration, AI/ML‑driven marketing technologies, real‑time orchestration, and campaign workflows.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing KPIs and customer journey design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and customer‑centric design.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry or in companies that are Infineon customers (e. g. , automotive, industrial automation, Io
T, or power electronics sectors) would be a plus. - Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
