We are looking for a IT Engineer Production Support (Bilingual EN/FR)

MAIN TASKS:

• Provide production support across infrastructure and application layers, ensuring service continuity and incident resolution.
• Monitor and maintain systems across Windows/Linux servers, VMWare virtual machines, and cloud platforms (Azure/IBM).
• Support and troubleshoot Java-based applications, ETL processes (Informatica), and SQL/TSQL queries.
• Utilize tools such as Service
  Now, Jira, and Citrix for incident tracking, task management, and remote access.
• Contribute to automation and reporting using Excel/VBA and optionally Python or . NET.
• Collaborate in Agile environments, participating in sprints and ceremonies.
• Apply ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge bases.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and contribute to continuous service improvement.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

Technical Skills:

• Solid experience with Windows/Linux network and server administration.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms: Azure and/or IBM (advanced level).
• Hands-on experience with VMWare, SQL/TSQL, and Excel/VBA.
• Intermediate knowledge of Java development and ETL tools (Informatica).
• Familiarity with . NET and Python is a plus.

Tools & Platforms:

• Practical experience with Service
  Now, Jira, and Citrix.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL processes.

Soft Skills:

• Strong client orientation and service mindset.
• Autonomous, proactive, and adaptable.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Languages:

• French: Fluent (C1 or higher) – mandatory
• English: Proficient (B2 or higher) – mandatory
