Job Description

System Administration

• Manage and maintain servers, networks and printers.
• Ensure smooth operation and performance of IT systems.

Helpdesk Support

• Provide local support for users and devices in both office and production environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Cybersecurity

• Participate in TISAX activities (acting as TISAX REP Deputy).
• Support local PCSA (Plant Cyber Security Assessment) requirements.
• Manage backups and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct user training sessions.
• Provide ongoing user support and promote cybersecurity awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco networks.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server systems.
• Experience in managing Windows domains.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Teamwork-oriented.
• Initiative and proactivity.
