Pay is looking for an IT Engineer to join our IT Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing automations and systems integrations across a variety of Core Business platforms. What you will
- Build, support and monitor applications within our Corporate Services application
- Build and maintain custom applications in our i
Paas platform to support the automation of
- Responsible for Authentication services (Okta), Collaboration Services (GSuite, Slack, Zoom)and i

S (Workato, Fivetrans)- Develop IT Engineering best practices and policies for the
- Prepare and document standard operating
- Respond to and lead IT responses for incidents
Bonus- Evangelize the adoption of new
- Escalation point for members of the IT Organization- Test, implement and improve/maintain IT systems and
- Engineer, implement and monitor IT systems and
- Identify and define IT system
- Prepare and document standard operating procedures and playbooks
About You- Ability to prioritize projects

- An understanding of IT Engineering best practices and how to implement
- Comfortable working in a

- Excellent communication
- 5+ years of JAMF, Okta & GSuite Administration or similar
- Experience with FIvetrans, Workato or similar
- Experience with Scripting (i. E. Bash, Python, Powershell)- Proficient in SQLand understand the basics of data warehousing
- Experience with Cloud (GCP / AWS) and Ia
C (Terraform)- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to think outside the box when complex problems
- Experience with SIEM platforms such as Datadog, Splunk or Google Chronicle- Critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems as they
- Basic coding skills, such as HTML, CSS and other
- Familiarity with web related technologies and network/web related
