Job Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Network Program Manager to oversee the development and management of network solutions within Syensqo. This role involves defining vision, strategy, and roadmaps for network products that support internal operations and align with our commitments to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. The Program Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure network solutions meet organizational needs and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy and Vision
2. Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for network solutions aligned with organizational goals.
3. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement through internal assessments.

1. Solution Development
2. Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to develop and implement network solutions.
3. Ensure solutions meet quality standards and operational requirements.

1. Lifecycle Management
2. Manage the entire lifecycle of network solutions from planning to optimization.
3. Plan and execute upgrades and enhancements to maintain relevance and effectiveness.

1. Stakeholder Engagement
2. Engage with internal stakeholders to understand needs and gather feedback.
3. Customize network solutions to organizational demands and user experience.

1. Performance Monitoring
2. Analyze performance metrics and data analytics for informed

3. Implement improvements based on performance insights.

2. Act as a liaison across departments to ensure clear communication and collaboration.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s or relevant certifications (e. g. , PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure or network management within a global corporate environment.
• Experience in developing and managing network solutions with strategic planning and lifecycle management focus.
• Strong track record of

• Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies.
