Job Description:System Support & Maintenance: Assist with the management, configuration, and troubleshooting of all hotel IT systems and applications, including the property management system (PMS), point of sale (POS) systems, reservation systems, and others. Network Administration: Support the setup and maintenance of the hotel’s network infrastructure, including local area networks (LAN), wireless networks (Wi-Fi), and internet services for guests and staff. Hardware & Software Support: Provide technical support for hardware devices (computers, printers, servers, mobile phones, etc. ) and ensure software is

User Support & Training: Deliver technical support to hotel staff on IT-related issues, providing guidance on the use of systems, software, and devices. Conduct training sessions when necessary. Data Backup & Security: Assist with regular data backups and ensure that the hotel’s data is stored securely. Support IT security practices to protect the integrity of the hotel’s network and sensitive information. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of IT systems, assets, and support tickets. Assist in generating regular reports on IT activities, performance, and incidents.
