IT Financial Controller Lisboa

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

• Develop, monitor, and manage IT budgets (operational and capital);
• Identify savings, negotiate with vendors, and improve efficiency;
• Track financial performance, ensuring budgets and timelines are met;
• Deliver clear financial reports and insights to leadership;
• Ensure adherence to policies, controls, and regulations (SOX, GDPR, etc. );
• Collaborate on vendor contracts and financial terms;
• Prepare and coordinate IT financial audits.

The ideal candidate has:

• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in IT finance or
  - driven environments;
• Demonstrated expertise in IT project financials, cost modeling, and technology asset management;
• Experience with financial systems (ERP), business intelligence and reporting tools, and relevant IT management platforms;
• Strong command of financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting;
• Ability to interpret IT terminology, infrastructure, and project life cycles;
• Familiarity with cloud computing, Saa
  S/Paa
  S/Iaa
  S cost structures, and digital transformation financial impacts;
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e. g. , Power BI, Tableau);
• Organizational and communication skills.
