The Role: As our candidate database grows and client demand increases, we need support in
- cycle IT recruitment for specific roles. This is a remote, autonomous,
- based freelancing role, where you will be paid a commission (20-40% of the gross fee per placement, approximately $600 to $4, 000 per job).

Ideal Candidate:

1. Has previous experience as a Freelancer Recruiter.
2. Speaks fluent English, as most clients and candidates are native speakers.
3. Possesses a growth mindset and is interested in contributing to the development of ambi. careers.
4. Is comfortable working as a freelance contractor, accepting the risks and rewards of
   - based pay.
5. Has available time to dedicate more than 15 minutes a day to recruitment activities.

Not for You If:

1. You dislike speaking with candidates and clients.
2. You are not interested in freelancing or
   - based commissions.
3. You lack empathy or have an arrogant attitude.
4. You do not speak English fluently; additional languages are a plus.
5. You lack experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates but are willing to learn.
