What you'll be doing

• Follow-up local security risks and define control measures of IS content;
• Promote the best practices in security controls through the organization of security awareness trainings;
• Implement and monitor a proper ISMS (Information Security Management System);
• Identify and assess local laws and regulatory requirements with regard to their effect on IT in coordination with the CICO;
• Identify new or changed
  - wide requirements (IT Minimum Standards) in coordination with the Head of IT;
• Monitor IT compliance requirements status;
• Support the team to execute and deploy overall IT Coordination activities within the scope of VW Bank responsibilities.

We believe that the right profile for this job should have / be:

• COBIT and/or ITIL knowledge (proven certification is a differential);
• Previous experience in Information Security Management System is a plus;
• Understanding of enterprise IT security architecture, processes, concepts, and best practices;
• Proactive in anticipating situations and delivering solutions;
• Technical skills on Information Security topics;
• Dynamic and motivated to achieve goals and exceed expectations;
• Ability for teamwork and good team spirit is mandatory.
