Role Description

This is a
- time hybrid role as an Information Technology Help Desk Support. The primary responsibility of the IT Help Desk Support is to provide external and internal support for desktops, network, software, hardware, and phone services. This role also includes basic network administration duties and network security monitoring. Candidates will need to work primarily from Matosinhos, with some remote work being acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide external and internal support for desktops, software, hardware, and phone services
• Assist with network administration and monitor basic network security
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with users to resolve problems

Qualifications

• Information Technology and Network Administration skills
• Troubleshooting skills for desktops, software, hardware, and phone services
• Customer service skills and experience in interacting with people
• Basic Network Security knowledge and awareness
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS and Email clients
• Experience with Windows, Mac OS, and Linux Operating Systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience with Microsoft Office Suite and experience in a Help Desk or IT support role.
