This program is designed for motivated individuals passionate about technology and eager to grow in a dynamic, global company. Main Areas of Action- 1st line user support (Helpdesk)- Incident and request
- User account and access
- Network support and maintenance (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)- Hardware and software installation and troubleshooting
Requirements- Training or studies in IT, Computer Science, or Networks (higher education or technical/professional course)- Passion for technology, helpdesk, and

- Team spirit, responsibility, and willingness to
- Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory)- No prior professional experience required
