We are looking for a IT Helpdesk professional to join our team in Cascais (Lisboa), on-site, for a multinational company.

• Proven experience in IT support
• Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service.
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac
  OS) and remote support tools.
• Intermediate English level
