IT Helpdesk
Qualifications
- Higher education in Information Technology or a similar field;
- Professional experience of more than 1 year in computer technical support;
- Proficiency in supporting Microsoft products and practical experience in deploying, managing, and supporting the MS Windows OS platform;
- Familiarity with LAN / WAN / VPN / TCP/IP architecture;
- Fluency in English;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- A
- oriented mindset; - Strong analytical,
- solving, and attention to detail skills; - A sense of responsibility, proactivity, and autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the helpdesk ticket system and assigning tickets;
- Providing
- line IT support to users; - Installing and configuring hardware and software as part of technical support;
- Collaborating with users and the IT teams to resolve operational issues;
- Maintaining records of incidents, escalations, log tracking, and inventory;
- Ensuring all IT services comply with company standards.
