Responsibilities:

• Responsible for proactive and corrective maintenance of IT infrastructure, systems, networking, Vo
  IP, and business applications.
• Support
  - premises and
  - tenant migrations in new business acquisitions (O365 & Azure).
• Evaluate, implement, and maintain solutions to meet business requirements.
• Ensure high system availability, optimal performance, and continuous environment optimization.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Iaa
  S & Paa
  S) and O365.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
• Expertise in Azure AD (Entra ID) and Microsoft
  -
  - tenant migrations (on-premises to cloud / O365).
• Proficiency in Vo
  IP solutions.
• Solid understanding of security and networking best practices.
• Experience with Fortinet solutions.
• Proficient in server operating systems.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills, including Power
  Shell and scripting.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and communicate complex issues with 3rd-party support teams and management.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Microsoft Azure certifications (e. g. , AZ-104, AZ-500).
