Randstad Digital is recruiting a IT Infrastructure Analyst to join one of our international clients in the aerospace sector.

This is a hybrid opportunity for professionals based in Lisbon, offering the chance to work on

Responsibilities:

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements
Monitor and maintain critical IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
Provide Tier 2/3 support to internal teams or
- users, escalating complex issues when necessary
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including system updates, backups, and security
checks
Document incidents, problems, and solutions to build a robust knowledge base
Contribute to the automation of repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency

Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in similar roles
Understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud technologies
Experience with relational database management and querying
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, mac
OS, Linux)
Shell batch scripting (Bash and/or Powershell)
Development skills are a plus, such as Python, Java, C#, or Java
Script
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices is a plus
Knowledge of Gen
AI technologies is a plus
Fluent level of English
