As an IT Infrastructure and Application Support Specialist at Ivy Partners, you will be responsible for:

- Scheduling for production and prioritizing jobs for stream optimization with Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS OPC);

- Constructing scripts in Linux and chains in JCL, along with developing scripts for automation and batches in close collaboration with development teams;

- Overseeing batch executions, file transfers, application monitoring, and reporting;

- Analyzing and preparing accurate documentation for production, supporting data analysis and
- making for team requests;

- Providing incident, problem, and change management support within an enterprise application and system administration environment;

- Offering general technology & system administration from the 2nd to 3rd level support, improving operational system stability and performance;

- Creating and enhancing operational guidelines, implementation guidelines, work instructions, and necessary documentation.

? About You You are our ideal candidate if:

- You have expertise in TWS / OPC and are skilled at constructing scripts in Linux and chains in JCL;

- You possess strong Linux administration skills and are familiar with Linux scripting, virtualization technologies like VMware, and cloud environments;

- You have experience with ITIL / IPC process management and are comfortable working in an English environment.
