Right now, we are looking for a Field Support Engineer to integrate our internal team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Installation and Maintenance of Racks
• Installation of equipment such as servers, switches, firewalls, routers, storage, etc
• Installation/Removal of network infrastructure/connections (FO and UTP)
• Identification of all assets/passives installed in the Data Center
• Carrying out inventory of assets/passives in Data Center and respective registration
• Conducting periodic rounds of the systems installed in the Data Center
• Interaction and communication (in person or remotely) in Portuguese and English with technicians and customers
• Work requested by Tickets
• Accreditation of access and monitoring of technicians and customers at Data Center facilities
• Perform and support hardware troubleshooting

Your must have:

• Training in professional/technical courses (Level 5 IEFP) in Information Technology / Communication Networks and Telecommunications / Computer Networks and Systems or similar (Obligatory)
• Minimum experience of 5 years in Data Center operation, in productive and critical environments
• Experience in physical validations of equipment alarms
• Experience in supporting technicians to analyze/detect equipment faults
• Experience in carrying out superior reporting of risks and service
  - conformities
• Basic knowledge in Networking
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of Firmware and Software of datacenter equipments
• Knowledge of English (reading, writing and professional conversation)
• Driving license (Category B)
