Job Description

We are looking for an
IT Infrastructure Technicianwith aversatile profile, capable of working across different technological areas, with a strong focus on
Networkingand
Security. We seek someone adaptable, eager to grow, and ready to contribute to a dynamic and multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support in infrastructure projects with a focus on networking and security;
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network equipment and systems;
• Handle classic security topics, including firewalls and protection policies;
• Monitor and detect threats using tools such as SIEM, antivirus, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS);
• Collaborate across different technical areas as required by the project;
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Over 2years of experience as an IT infrastructure technician, with a focus on networking and security;
• Strong knowledge ofnetworking(routing, switching, network protocols), with the ability to diagnose and resolve network issues effectively;
• Experience withclassic security solutions, such as
  Fortinet, Checkpoint, among others;
• Ability to work across multiple technical domains;
• Proactive mindset, autonomy, and eagerness to learn;
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.

• Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 3times per week in the office).
