- growing and dynamic company operating in the retail and hospitality development sectors. We are currently hiring a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer /Technician with
- on experience in the deployment of IT, AV, and securitysystems in hospitality environments. This role involves installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of structured cabling, networking, IPTV, IPtelephony, CCTV, and GRMS systems across multiple 4- and 5-star hotel projectsunder the Wyndham brand in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute structured cabling works (copper andfiber): routing, splicing, termination, labeling, and testing.

- Install and configure network switches, firewalls, routers, and servers for hotel infrastructure.

- Setup Wi-Fi systems for
- density hospitalityenvironments, including signal optimization and coverage heatmaps.

- Install and configure IPTV systems, middleware, and SIP-based IP phone systems with SIP trunking.

- Integrate PMS systems such as IDSNext using FIASprotocol for services like DND/MUR, IPTV, and IP PBX.

- Install and troubleshoot CCTV systems(Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, Safire, Mazi).

- Setup and maintain GRMS (Guest Room Management
Systems), including Zigbee-based wireless protocols.

- Configure LED video walls and video wallcontrollers (Novastar) for conference rooms and lobbies.

- Install and maintain access control systems forcommon areas and guest rooms.

- Configure and support audio systems, includingamplifiers, mixers, speakers, and PA/BGM systems.

- Prepare network diagrams, IP addressing plans, and Wi-Fi heatmaps.

- Provide desktop IT support for officeenvironments with up to 60 workstations (preferred).

- Troubleshoot and maintain server rooms, UPS, andall critical backend infrastructure.

- Liaise with vendors, partners, and internalteams during project execution and commissioning.

- Maintain technical documentation, deviceconfigurations, and project handover files.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

- High School or Degree in IT, Networking, Electronics, or related technical field.

- 3+ years of experience in hospitality ITprojects (preferably hotels).

- Hands-on expertise with Ruijie, TP-Link Omada, or equivalent networking platforms.

- Sound knowledge of IPTV, IPPBX, CCTV, Wi-Fi, andaccess control systems.

- Experience in FIAS integration between PMS
- party systems.

- Understanding of SIP trunk configuration for
Vo
IP systems.

- Ability to read and create network drawings, cabling layouts, and heatmaps.

- Familiarity with GRMS solutions, especiallywireless Zigbee protocols.

- Experience working with LED video walls and
Novastar controllers.

- Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardwareand software.

- Proficiency in English; Portuguese is anadvantage.

- Disponible to travel within the nationalterritory and to work
- site.

Preferred Certifications (Highly Advantageous):

- CCNA, Comp
TIA Network+, or other recognizednetworking certifications.

- Certified Security Surveillance and Access
Control System Installer.

- ITIL Foundation or equivalent
- relatedcertifications.
