It Internal Control Consultant
**Job Description**:**Responsibilities - your mission:The jobholder will be responsible to secure all the corrective actions required from the deployment of the Airbus System Control framework (ITGC). The ITGC Support consultant is responsible for evaluating ITGC controls design and effectiveness to support financial reporting and operating procedures. The responsibility also includes the coordination of control design and implementation in conjunction with the IT Internal Controls Manager, Financial Internal Controls team and other IT managers. The support activities cover:
- Cleansing of user
- Deployment of ITGC tool
- Reviewing the implication of ITGC controls
For SAP and Non-SAP platforms
The main tasks and responsibilities will include:Deployment- Planning, coordinating, and executing the IT related
- Design and testing of the ITGC
- Provide guidance on implementation of IT General Controls- In case needed, connect to Headquarter expert teams or development teams for solution
Functional Support
- Cleansing of users
- Cleansing of generic
- Perform monitoring and testing of IT General Controls- Report on securitization of corrective controls
Review and mitigate IT General Controls for:
- Manage Change:
- Changes have to be required, documented and test in dedicated
- Manage Access:
- The accounts of leavers must be deactivated max. one month after their departure. - IT critical transactions are isolated into special accesses and privileges accounts must be limited, used in the frame of standard procedures and regularly reviewed. - Special settings are required for password management. - Physical access to Data Centers must be
- Manage Operations:
- Job monitoring and data backup must be
- A procedure must describe incident management. For these tasks, the jobholder will:
- Prioritize the topics in connection with the System Control leader responsible in Headquarter- Perform proper planning to execute the required test steps by established deadlines with mínimal
- Make recommendations and implement updates to
- Degree or first experience in Finance / IT- 3 to 5 years of
- IT Audit experience an
- depth understanding of the Oracle and SAP ERP
- Demonstrated analytical and
