Now-a-days, with more than 400 employees, Readiness IT has nationwide offices in Porto, Lisbon, Beira interior and internationally in Santiago de Chile and Auckland – Projects around the world.
We are recruiting an IT International Business Manager to join our team in Lisbon.
Tasks:
- Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets;
- Market prospection and new business generation;
- Design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals;
- Support in the definition of a profitable commercial strategy for your Business Unit;
- Preparation of weekly/monthly reports;
- Provide a positive contribution to culture and company growth;
- Meeting or exceeding Sales KPI’s;
- Conducting interviews.
Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in IT Sales Business Sector;
- Bachelor Degree in Management, Economics, Computer Science or related;
- Passion for technology, people and commercial area;
- Goal driven and passion for success;
- Highly collaborative and
- motivated; - Strong customer relationships skills;
- Outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills;
- Some technological understanding;
- Good proficiency in English, as you'll be selling to foreign markets;
- Worldwide availability to travel is a plus;
- Energetic creative person with a positive attitude.
