IT Knowledge Management Specialist (relocation to Belgium)
We are looking for a Service Desk - Knowledge Management Specialist who is willing to relocate to join our Client’s team in Brussels, Belgium.
Eligibility:
• Candidate must have resided in Portugal for at least the past 5 years.
• Portuguese citizenship is mandatory.
• Candidate must be prepared to obtain EU security clearance upon accepting the job offer (with Hexa coordination).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain clear,
- centric process workflows using Microsoft Visio.
Create, review, and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with operational practices.
Centralize and maintain knowledge management articles in the designated Share
Point-based Knowledge Management Database.
Operate independently, managing tasks with minimal supervision while delivering
- quality results.
Collaborate closely with team members to capture and formalize implicit knowledge into accessible documentation.
Provide support to the IT Service Desk by enhancing the availability and quality of internal documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned to strengthen knowledge management and support services.
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in knowledge management and technical documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power
Point, Outlook).
Practical experience administering and managing knowledge bases in Microsoft Share
Point.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Prior experience in an IT Service Desk environment is a strong advantage.
Educational background:
Higher vocational training in a relevant field with at least 2 years of
- related experience, or
Secondary education with at least 4 years of
- related experience.
