IT KYC Tools - Support Business Analyst | GBCR CIB

We are looking for a Business Analyst for our CIB Department.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

1. Performing business requirements analysis
2. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and proposing new solutions
3. Working closely with clients, delivery managers, and the development team
4. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
5. Performing user acceptance testing (e. g. , UAT)
6. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely project completion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• Good knowledge of programming languages like SQL
• Testing skills, including experience with functional testing to assure data quality
• Experience working in Agile projects and collaborating with the development team across the software development lifecycle
• Extensive experience in technical business analysis
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Ability to interact with stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Proven track record of following through on commitments
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
