We are looking for IT Lead Manager to work on a hybrid project, in Lisbon.

For us, we would love if you have:

- Over 10 years of experience as a software engineer, with initial experience as an engineering manager;

- Extensive experience and expertise in middleware technologies (e. G. , API Management - Gateways, Orchestration, Governance and Documentation, Streaming, Messaging, Application Servers, Microservice Architecture, and related Patterns);

- Experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Rule Engine (BRE).

- Knowledge/experience in Platform Engineering is an advantage;

- Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken);

- Willingness to travel.
