We are hiring an experienced IT Management Officer to support our international client in cost control, budgeting, and reporting across multiple locations. If you have a solid financial background, strong organizational skills, and fluency in both English and French, this role is for you.

✅ Mandatory requirements:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT

- Solid knowledge of accounting and cost control processes in complex,
- site environments

- Strong Excel skills and comfort with modern tools such as Anaplan or
- dimensional analysis platforms

- Experience working with international stakeholders and distributed teams

- English and French-speaking capabilities (at least a B2 level)

? Desirable skills:

- Familiarity with IT project management and systems environments

- Experience with budget tooling, access rights, and report maintenance

- Understanding of contracts and service level budget lines

- Ability to analyze cost structures,
- day rates, and
- invoicing flows

- Experience contributing to monthly closures and headcount monitoring
