We are looking for an IT Manager to join the team of our client - a reference company in the insurance sector.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the administration board, this professional will be responsible for managing the internal technical team as well as external partners or providers.
• Managing the budget projections associated with technology costs.
• Manage technical projects and associated teams.
• Promote and evangelize digital transformation, IT strategy and roadmap, according to the business needs and requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Management, Computer Science, Information Management or other similar areas.
• Previous solid experience in IT management teams and/or project roles.
• Previous experience and participation in managing projects and teams related to software, application or ERP solutions.
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services area will be valued.
• Good negotiation and stakeholders management skills.
• Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships, having a strategic and analytical mindset.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
