We’re looking for an experienced and autonomous IT Manager to lead and scale our internal IT operations across the entire group — including Hexa Consulting, Hexa People, Hexa Engineering, and other business units — supporting over 300 employees.

You’ll be responsible for the management of infrastructure, systems, teams and suppliers, ensuring full alignment with our principles of security, efficiency and innovation.

? Mission

Guarantee the availability, security, and continuous improvement of the group’s technology infrastructure and internal tools, while supporting strategic operations and ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.

? Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

• Manage the internal IT team and service roadmap
• Coordinate external suppliers (telecom, hardware, software)
• Ensure IT alignment with ISO 9001 and 27001 compliance
• Lead the configuration and operation of the Jira Service Management Help Centre

Core Systems & Tools

• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID / Azure AD, Share
  Point and Intune
• Maintain and support Kubernetes clusters
• Manage and update company websites using Webflow
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and automation flows in Power Automate

Operational Excellence

• Oversee hardware lifecycle: purchase, delivery, support and retrieval
• Manage access provisioning and licensing control
• Maintain the internal mobility tracking app
• Support infrastructure needs in AI-related initiatives
• Provide technical oversight of the CRM (Boondmanager)

✅ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations or systems management
• Experience managing IT teams and external vendors
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory); French is a plus
• Residing in Portugal (mandatory)
• Strong technical skills in:
• Microsoft 365, Entra ID / Azure AD, Share
  Point, Intune
• Power Automate, Power BI, Webflow, Jira
• Kubernetes and ISO-aligned environments
• Structured mindset with excellent communication and autonomy
