IT Onsite Technician
Overview
Provide Level 2 Deskside support at one of our clients location. Contact us directly if you have any questions about this open job position.
Responsibilities
- Analyze errors, maintain hardware, set up / remove work stations, install and configure new software (IMACD) and manage user accounts via Active Directory
- Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
- Offer “hands and eyes” / “smart hands” support
- Inventory control and management updated monthly
- Attend weekly telephone conferences with the international team (in English)
Requirements
- 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
- Ability to build relationships
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
- Solid knowledge of English (B2)
