Your skills
- 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)

- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products

Your tasks
As a Hemmersbach Technician you make the end users at renowned companies happy every day thanks to your friendly and competent demeanour. Direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of 2nd level support.
- Provide
-
- day local/remote desktop support - Handle inbound calls and answer questions
- Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
- Analyze errors, maintain hardware, set up / remove work stations, install and configure new software (IMACD) and manage user accounts via Active Directory
- Support meeting rooms
- Inventory control
