IT Operational Excellence Analyst

We are looking for an IT Operational Excellence Analyst to join our internal team, based in Lisbon, in a support role focused on management, not acting as a technical specialist.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of IT process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Monitor and analyse IT performance metrics to identify areas for efficiency gains.
• Assist in maintaining documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support operational excellence projects.
• Help ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree (Master's) program in Business, Engineering or related fields.
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience.
• Basic knowledge of support management for IT systems, infrastructure, or support operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of management within the ITIL framework.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power
  Point); experience with data tools (e. g. , Power BI) is a plus.
• Certifications in ITIL will be a plus.
