Responsibilities :
We are currently seeking a Corporate IT Operations Engineer who brings more than just technical skills. The ideal person is someone who loves helping others, no matter how small the task. We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills and a proactive mindset.
- Be the
- to IT person
- site, providing
- line and
- line support to staff in Lisbon (and occasionally globally). - Support
- technical users with kindness and clarity, building trust across all departments. - Set up and configure devices for new joiners, including onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Collaborate with global IT teams on key projects, including system upgrades, device management, and Azure Active Directory / Microsoft 365 tasks.
- Ensure smooth functioning of Microsoft environments including Entra, In
Tune, Exchange, Share
Point, and Azure AD. - Participate in ongoing global IT projects, contributing actively to infrastructure improvements.
- Draft and update internal documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities to automate or simplify support processes through scripting (e. g. , Power
Shell). - Act as a cultural ambassador for IT - approachable,
- on, and always willing to assist.
Profile sought :
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience :
Solid understanding of IT operations and tools, ideally 3 -5 years of experience.
BUT: Mindset and attitude are more important than years of experience.
Customer-first approach; eager to assist, explain, and resolve issues efficiently.
Technical Skills :
- Strong experience with Microsoft environments: Azure AD, In
Tune, Exchange, Share
Point. - Confident in Windows 10/11 support and troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage equipment inventory and hardware logistics.
- Scripting (Power
Shell or equivalent) is a plus. - Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proactive, calm under pressure, and adaptable.
- Someone who loves being in the office and interacting with others daily.
