We are looking for a IT Operations Professional for M365 to join us in Lisbon .

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least five years of experience and
  - depth knowledge in IT infrastructure, operations, and cloud architecture with a focus on M365 services
• Strong knowledge of Share
  Point Online, One
  Drive for Business and Office apps
• Understanding of Microsoft Purview Information Protection is beneficial
• Familiarity with compliance, information protection, and governance concepts in M365
• Experience working in enterprise IT environments and with external service providers
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and tools (e. g. , Service
  Now).
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience with automation/scripting (Power
  Shell, Graph API) for M365 services.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• International experience is a plus with a willingness to work with colleagues in various time
• zones.
