Your main responsibilities:

• Resolve system issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining system integrity.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to uphold SLA commitments and improve processes.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing data feeds to ensure smooth data flow across systems.
• Process manual data inputs and outputs efficiently, maintaining data accuracy.
• Script and
  - automate manual tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
• Keep operational procedures and documentation up to date.
• Provide user support for
  - house applications, resolving user queries effectively.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 1 year of experience in IT operations or a related field.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle Forms.
• Proficiency in English at least at B2 level.
• Familiarity with system monitoring and troubleshooting techniques.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and databases.
• Knowledge of Java, Eclipse, Git, and Maven.
