Summary

The main function of the IT Ops Specialist is to support and enhance IT operations within Boost IT, ensuring efficient handling of technology projects and operations.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and support IT workload using TWS (Tivoli Dynamic Workload Console).
2. Develop and maintain Shell scripts to automate tasks.
3. Utilize ticketing tools, such as Jira or Service
   Now, to track and resolve IT issues.
4. Provide support in Unix/Linux environments, troubleshooting and resolving operational problems.
5. Demonstrate strong
   - solving skills to address technical challenges.

Must Haves

• Strong experience with TWS (Tivoli Dynamic Workload Console).
• Proficient in Shell scripting.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools like Jira or Service
  Now.
• Comfortable working in Unix/Linux environments.
• Solid
  - solving abilities.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with additional scripting languages.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience in a technology consultancy environment.
