We are looking for IT Operations Support Engineer (Dev
Ops & Automation) to join our Client's team on a hybrid working model from Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure
  -
  - end solution lifecycle management (Build – Industrialization – Run) with a focus on production stability (MCO), service continuity, and adherence to Dev
  Ops, security, and automation best practices.
• Manage incidents and problems following ITIL v4 methodology.
• Maintain
  -
  - date CMDB records, technical documentation, and address obsolescence and vulnerability issues.
• Participate in scheduled technical operations (HNO).
• Automate deployment processes and execution orders.
• Collaborate regularly with remote teams, IT stakeholders, and business areas.
• Provide support for tools such as TANDEM, SAP, and SAS.

Required Qualifications:

• Systems : Experience with Windows, Linux, Apache, and Tomcat.
• Automation/Orchestration : Familiarity with Control-M and CFT.
• Cloud Platforms : Experience with AWS and GCP.
• Containers : Working knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Observability Tools : Experience with Dynatrace.
• Frameworks : ITIL V4 certification or knowledge (desirable).
• Languages : English – B2 level (mandatory).
• Strong communication and coordination skills for working in multicultural, distributed environments.
