• Hardware/image deployment
• Support ticket

• Security incident management

In order to succeed, you'll need:

• Proven experience of at least 2 years working as an IT Ops or comparable role
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Resilience
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Availability to travel

Nice to have:

• ITIL certification

About the product:
