The project

We are seeking an IT Ops to work on a project for a Financial Company.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• System Operations & Monitoring: Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, ensuring system performance, stability, and availability across critical banking environments;
• Incident & Risk Management: Oversee production operations, IT risk, and cybersecurity controls to maintain service continuity and compliance;
• Service Monitoring Tools: Utilize modern monitoring stacks (Elastic Search, Grafana, Dynatrace, etc. ) to track and optimize system performance;
• Dev
  Ops Collaboration: Work within Dev
  Ops pipelines using tools like Git
  Lab, Artifactory, Jenkins, Sonar
  Qube, Mattermost, and Ansible to support continuous integration and deployment;
• Container & Cloud Technologies: Manage Docker and Kubernetes environments, including deployment automation with Helm;
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure seamless operations and proactive issue resolution;

You need to have the following skills/experience:

• Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT Operations or similar roles;
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, Production Operations, IT Risk, and Cybersecurity;
• Operating Systems: Experience managing both Linux and Windows environments;
• Dev
  Ops & Monitoring Tools: Proficiency with Elastic Search, Grafana, Dynatrace, Git
  Lab, Jenkins, and related tools;
• Containerization: Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm;
• Languages: Fluent in English; French is a plus.
