Overview

Job Title: IT Platform Cloud Engineer

Contract duration: 6-12 months contract

Portugal Location ONLY, We are open for remote working in Portugal, and consultants are expected to travel to Coimbra or Castelo Branco offices on need basis.

Experience range: 5 to 7 years.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years as a Platform Engineer, Infrastructure Automation Specialist or Dev
  Ops engineer with significant experience with scripting and/or programming languages for the automation of IT infrastructure (e. g Python, Bash, Power
  Shell, Ansible, Rundeck)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e. g. Terraform, Cloudformation)
• Knowledge and experience with (hybrid) cloud services (e. g. AWS EC2, RDS, ECS, ELB, Lambda and Nutanix)
• Experience with containerization technologies is a big plus (e. g. Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiar with Git and managing CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Linux system administration is a big plus
• A proactive approach to exploring new technologies and implementing
