Your mission will be to lead the growth, scalability, and evolution of our
- based ecosystem as a Platform Ecosystem Manager (f/m/d). You will serve as Product Owner for the "Factory Digitalization Solution Platform" and the "Cloud Service Catalogue", driving the scale of IT/OT services and Cloud services as part of Siemens Production IT and Cloud strategy. You will also lead Factory Digitalization and Cloud communities within Siemens IT, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Harness APIs and AI to build and continuously extend two impactful platforms that transform Siemens towards IT/OT convergence and cloudification.
• Ecosystem Expansion: Lead the expansion of the platform’s reach into additional business domains such as Real Estate and R&D.
• Project Management: Oversee releases and scaling of the platform, ensuring milestones are achieved efficiently.
• Community Building: Foster communities and develop communication strategies to enhance visibility and adoption of the platforms and Siemens IT/OT services.
• Scaling and Rollout Management: Enable scaling and rollouts of reusable services across global Siemens factories, buildings, and IT networks; model Siemens’ ONE Tech transformation.

What we are looking for

• Education: Master degree in Economics, Informatics or Engineering
• Experience & Skills:
  • Proven experience in Project Management, Business Development, or Platform Economy
  • Proven experience in leading communities and moderating diverse groups
  • Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building and scaling platform ecosystems
  • Strong interest in IT technologies including API integration, AI, and scalable architecture
  • Visionary thinker capable of driving Siemens’ IT/OT and cloud strategy at scale
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across diverse teams
• Ways of working:

  • You are a systemic problem solver who can connect the dots
• Language: Proficiency in English
