What You'll Do:

1. Platform engineering: Design, deploy, and manage robust infrastructure solutions primarily on AWS and Nutanix, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
2. Automation & scripting: Develop and implement REST APIs, automation workflows, and configuration management scripts to streamline infrastructure deployment and management.
3. Infrastructure optimization: Modernize legacy systems for optimal cloud performance, maximizing resource efficiency and ensuring
   - effective operations.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with other agile
   - functional teams, including our IT service delivery organization, data analytics, and integration teams, to build and maintain a cohesive and secure IT ecosystem.
5. Documentation & best practices: Document configurations, standards, and best practices to maintain consistency and compliance across the infrastructure.

What You Are:

1. 3+ years of experience as a Platform Engineer, Infrastructure Automation Specialist, or Dev
   Ops engineer with significant experience with scripting and/or programming languages for the automation of IT infrastructure (e. g. , Python, Bash, Power
   Shell, Ansible, Rundeck).
2. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
3. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e. g. , Terraform, Cloud
   Formation).
4. Knowledge and experience with (hybrid) cloud services (e. g. , AWS EC2, RDS, ECS, ELB, Lambda, and Nutanix).
5. Experience with containerization technologies is a big plus (e. g. , Docker, Kubernetes).
6. Familiarity with Git and managing CI/CD pipelines.
7. Experience with Linux system administration is a big plus.
8. A proactive approach to exploring new technologies and implementing
   - thinking solutions.
