IT Program Manager – Mantu Corporate Functions

As part of Mantu’s IT PMO team, the IT Program Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the company’s digital transformation initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to manage cross‑functional IT programs and projects, collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and alignment with strategic priorities.

Your missions

• Manage transversal IT programs and projects within the company’s digital transformation roadmap


• Coordinate activities across business functions and IT domains (integrations, applications, data, security, etc. )


• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in coordination with project stakeholders


• Drive execution through close collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders


• Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure corrective actions are implemented


• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with governance standards


• Prepare program and project reporting and dashboards to support decision‑making


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of program and project delivery practices and IT governance processes

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field


• 3–5 years of experience in IT program or project management


• English fluency required


• Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile) are an advantage


• Experience working with diverse business functions is a plus


• Proficiency with project management tools and software


• Experience with Open
  AI technologies is a plus (if relevant)


• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities


• Adaptability and risk management skills
