ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Tech
Hub!

You will play a crucial role in managing and delivering impactful automation and analytics initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic objectives. As part of the Intelligent Automation, Data and Analytics Technology team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and governance of projects that leverage emerging technologies and advanced data analytics to drive operational excellence and business value.

You will collaborate closely with
- functional teams, including business leaders, IT, and data analytics specialists, to ensure the successful delivery of
- value programs and projects.

THE SKILLS

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project or Program Management or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Additional professional certifications in Project and Program Management (PMP, CAMP, CSM, Prince2, MPM, preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on automation, data analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record of delivering
  - scale,
  - functional programs successfully.
• Strong understanding of intelligent automation technologies (RPA, AI, ML) and data analytics platforms.
• Exceptional project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build consensus across diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset, with a focus on
  - driven
  - making and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Good knowledge of data management and visualisation tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with leading automation platforms such as Ui
  Path, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Experience with data platforms, including SQL,
  - based databases, and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and practices.
• Fluency in English.
