IT Project & Service Manager

Responsibilities
- Project, Technical Initiative, and Service Management (Order Ticketing):
- Lead IT projects and manage services using Jira and Easy
Vista, ensuring delivery within agreed deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs). - Collaboration with Technical Teams:
- Work closely with the Dev
Ops/Platform Engineering team to ensure successful project execution and delivery of technical solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project and service management, including hands‑on use of Jira and Easy
Vista; - Proven ability to lead and guide technical teams, resolving complex problems efficiently;
- Demonstrated competence in coordinating the delivery of technology solutions, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance;
- Strong analytical skills for systems and processes, with the ability to identify issues and apply effective technological solutions;
- Experience working across different business areas and understanding how IT supports business processes;
- Solid technical proficiency combined with leadership in IT project and service delivery.
